2. Description
The DDTE030 Outdoor Integrated Telecom Cabinet includes three compartments and three air conditioners. The three compartments can be battery compartment, equipment compartment, cable distribution compartment or MDF compartment. The structure can be custom made. The cooling options includes air conditioner, heat exchanger and fans. It is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.
The cabinet, made of galvanized steel, is divided into equipment compartment, battery compartment, cable distribution compartment. The equipment compartment is separated from the battery compartment for heat insulation of the equipment space. The battery compartment is used for installing batteries. The cabinet body has heat insulation foam, which can keep the temperature inside the cabinet. The cabinet also has roofs which is sun proof and water proof. There’re ventilations for releasing harmful gas generated by the batteries.
The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110° and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock. There’s open door alarm sensor, which works together with the environment monitoring unit.
Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.
(1) Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
